  • Eligibility:

    • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

    • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Exchange:

    • Size exchanges are allowed (subject to availability).

  • Returns:

    • Store credit will be issued after quality check.

    • No direct refunds.

  • Non-returnable Items:

    • Sale items / discounted products

    • Custom or made-to-order pieces (Atelier line, if applicable)
