Every Atelier piece starts with one of our designs and becomes entirely yours. All order specifications, measurements, and customization details will be documented in your invoice post purchase.
We work 12 to 14 days depending on how complex your customisations are.
Once your piece passes our quality check, it's carefully packed and dispatched. Delivery will take 2 to 5 days depending on your location.
We share tracking details so you know exactly when it's arriving.
If you have a deadline, let us know - we will make every effort to meet it, but not at the expense of quality.
